Living room

Dining area

At the upper right of the plan, the long table sits beside the stone wall. The kitchen, dining area and living room share one open space.

Kitchen

The kitchen is at the upper left of the plan, next to the dining area and open to the shared space. Light wood cabinets and an island define the work area.

Main bedroom

The ground-floor suite, at the lower left of the plan, has a double bed and direct access to its private bathroom on the kitchen side. The entrance is from the living-room hallway.

En-suite bathroom

The private bathroom is within the suite, between the bedroom and kitchen. It includes a shower, basin and toilet, with access from the bedroom.

WC

The WC sits between the suite and staircase. Enter from the hallway linking the living room and bedroom: the basin is on your right and the toilet at the far end. Photographs of this space are not available.

Staircase

The open-tread staircase runs beside the WC, between the suite and living room, rising towards the kitchen side. It connects to the upper floor.
